About

Richard Langdon

Founder / Master of the Radmin Assist Universe / Principal Assistant

Meet Richard

I’m Richard, Founder, Principal Assistant and Master of the Radmin Assist Universe! Nowadays people just call me ‘Radmin’.

I know it’s a bit sad but I absolutely love doing those little background jobs, you know the ones – the jobs that are magically done and no one knows who did them – quotes, invoices, filing, email correspondence, CRM management etc. I’m like a paperwork ninja, pair that with enjoying helping people and ta-da we’ve got ourselves an MO.

With broad business experience in a variety of businesses/commercial sectors – I started a Virtual Assistant business as a side project in early 2020, at the end of 2020 I decided to go full-time self-employed (after being made redundant) and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made!

The Story

Radmin Assist

Radmin Assist launched in April 2022.
The name is a mash-up of Richard, Admin, and Rad – because if you’re going to spend your career doing admin, you may as well make it look good.

Electric blue. Neon pink. 80s references. Zero fax machines.

Four years later, the clients are real, the work is solid, and the branding still slaps.

Rad – /ˈræd/
Adjective – INFORMAL
excellent; impressive.
